The Business Development Manager will engage in outside sales activities, which include cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is not just about generating new business; it also involves nurturing existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be accountable for achieving sales goals and performance metrics through continuous personal development and effective customer engagement strategies. The position requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all interactions enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will be skilled in managing customer relationships through various channels, including phone, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
