About the position

DRF Trusted Property Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for Outside Sales to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role is pivotal in connecting with property owners and managers across a target market of over a million commercial properties in the Chicagoland area. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in solidifying DRF as the key service provider in the Domestic Hot Water and Green Energy marketplace, particularly within the multi-family sector. This position offers a base salary complemented by unlimited commission potential, allowing for significant earning opportunities based on your sales performance. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying business opportunities that align with our organizational strategy and business model, ultimately resulting in the greatest return on investment (ROI). You will develop and lead sales initiatives that generate revenue and meet our targeted budget. Collaboration with sales and marketing leadership will be essential as you work to develop and improve lead generation strategies. You will also create and perfect a drip campaign utilizing phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients effectively. Additionally, you will attend on-site appointments with the Commercial Business Manager to close sales and track and analyze multiple metrics that impact your sales success. Utilizing our CRM system to compile all account data will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you maintain accurate records and insights into your sales activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B-to-B Business Development sales preferred
  • Strong sales ability and business acumen
  • Proven, successful sales track record
  • Ability to identify your target market
