Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and markets within the circular economy sector.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' sustainability goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop sales targets, marketing plans, and pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the circular economy sector.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand knowledge and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the sustainability or circular economy sector.
  • Strong understanding of circular economy principles and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
