The Business Development Manager-Professional Services role at Dell Technologies focuses on managing relationships with top strategic partners and driving business development strategies to maximize revenue. This position involves understanding key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions and executing partner-enabled solutions tailored to regional needs. The role is integral to building strong partnerships and supporting sales teams in achieving their goals, ultimately contributing to the company's social impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Dell's top strategic partners.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business.
  • Assist in driving regional/local relationships between Dell Technologies Services and key AI partners.
  • Perform a rhythm of business activities to support Dell sales teams.
  • Shape and execute global partner enabled solutions/campaigns to be regional-specific across inside sales and field sales.
  • Communicate successes, wins, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key partners such as Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, and ServiceNow.
  • Manage Strategic Partners regional sales programs, enablement, training, and events as necessary.
  • Provide education & awareness to the Dell and Strategic Partner teams.
  • Drive cross-company sales engagement, removing barriers, and architecting business solutions to help close sales.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in a technical services sales role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, and Dell Technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to influence and interact with confidence.
  • Experience in services sales opportunity identification and development.
  • Account and partner relationship management experience.
  • Program development & event management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree and industry-related technical certifications.
  • Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital, IT, Security, and Workforce.
