About the position

Integrity Realty & Management is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance their property portfolio by engaging with new property owners and investors. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Colorado Real Estate Broker license and have a strong sales background. The BDM will be responsible for lead generation, follow-up, property management agreements, and initial leasing processes, all while working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage an advertising program to reach new property owner and investor clients.
• Aggressively pursue new property owner/investor client leads within 1 hour of receipt.
• Meet with prospects in-person or via phone to discuss services and answer questions.
• Tour properties to assess suitability for the portfolio and make rent recommendations.
• Execute management agreements with new property owner/investor clients.
• Input newly acquired properties into the management system and software.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Real Estate Broker license (REQUIRED).
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to interact with potential clients.
• Negotiation skills to demonstrate value in service fees.
• High competence in computers and CRM software.
• Ability to manage time and schedules independently.
• Interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves
