About the position

The Business Development Manager at BESTLIFE INDUSTRY GLOBAL LTD is responsible for driving sales and developing long-term relationships with clients in the Bags and Accessories industry. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify local target customers in the Bags or Accessories market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, recommending fashionable styles to meet their sales plans.
  • Handle inquiries from existing clients and new business customers efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure product designs and samples meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project files, issuing regular status reports on work progress and next actions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Development Management in the Bags or Accessories industry or a similar sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of products and industry with a broad network of connections.
  • Sales-focused with a strong customer orientation and good listening skills.
  • Ability to meet quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong commercial sense.
  • Proficient in administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, and good PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
