About the position

The Business Development Manager (Regional) at Voyansi BIM Solutions is a senior sales role focused on driving sales and expanding the customer base within the AEC industry. This position involves creating regional sales plans, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring customer engagement to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Account Management team for day-to-day sales delivery outcomes.
  • Evaluate individual and team performances and report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales opportunities and profits.
  • Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales management experience in the AEC industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
