About the position

The Business Development Manager for Renew Solutions at Hewlett Packard is responsible for driving transformational change within the reseller channel. This role requires a dynamic and proactive salesperson who will manage relationships with a specific set of partners in a designated country. The BDM will play a crucial role in enabling resellers to effectively position and sell HP Renew Solutions, thereby contributing to the growth and success of this strategic business area.

Responsibilities

  • Partner selection, segmentation, adoption and certification for the Renew business.
  • Build strategic relationships with Renew stakeholders in assigned channel partners.
  • Actively hunt for new potential Renew partners in the assigned country.
  • Partner enablement: value proposition, collaterals, trainings.
  • Deploy global Renew channel programs.
  • Develop a strategic plan on Renew as part of overall joint business plans of top partners.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Renew in the assigned country.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on channel tools, programs, and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on business drivers with strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a channel environment, ideally in the ICT sector.
  • Experience in channel services sales and/or contractual selling.
  • Experience in reseller/customer management.
  • Strong analytical and action-oriented mindset.
  • Disciplined sales execution with the ability to structure work.
