We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Houston team. This role is crucial for driving growth and expanding our client base in the commercial, multi-family, education, healthcare, and municipal sectors, particularly in fire and water mitigation and restoration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with at least three years of experience in business development, particularly in the environmental services industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales across all services offered by Alamo1. This includes developing new bid opportunities, revenue streams, and sales areas, as well as keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor positioning. The role requires a proactive approach to networking, B2B sales, and marketing, including cold calling potential clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team and operations to ensure that company goals are met and will be responsible for creating compelling sales presentations for potential clients. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will address any client complaints or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
