Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners to promote MiCOM Labs' services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the regulatory compliance or testing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves
