About the position

Green Bay ER & Hospital, set to open in 2024, is a boutique medical facility dedicated to providing emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services for both adults and children. Our facility is designed to ensure that patients receive timely and efficient care, with services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and virtually no wait times for medical services such as CT scans, X-rays, and laboratory tests. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the growth and success of our facility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies aimed at increasing patient volume and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with key clients and stakeholders, as well as a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leadership and corporate teams to promote new programs and services, ensuring alignment with growth expectations. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will coordinate marketing and business development activities, including events, sponsorships, and community involvement, to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the business while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective business development and marketing strategies to grow patient volume and new business for the facility.
  • Maintain current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to develop business and capitalize on market opportunities that are presented or enhance existing business through established relationships.
  • Work with clinical leadership and corporate to develop and promote new programs and services.
  • Align with leadership team and corporate to ensure accountability for growth expectations.
  • Participate in community and organizational programs to promote professional growth and understanding of operations.
  • Coordinate all marketing and business development activities such as events, sponsorships, networking, and community involvement.
  • Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of business development experience is required.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans for building lasting partnerships.
  • Exceptional presentation skills are necessary.
  • Active driver's license/insurance and reliable transportation are required.
