SEH is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Practice team, serving the State of Colorado with a primary focus on state-wide municipalities and county infrastructure. The successful candidate will support SEH's growth goals through developing new client sales for our Civil, Structural, and Transportation/Traffic practices. They will also help provide a full range of community and economic development activities on behalf of SEH clients. We are looking for an outgoing individual with strong connections within Colorado communities (state, cities, and counties), MPOs/COGs, and TPRs to help generate new leads, build brand awareness, and position SEH to win new infrastructure work. Our successful candidate will be deeply motivated by leveraging their extensive professional network, meeting with clients, making new connections, developing new opportunities, and aligning SEH's services to solve clients' challenges.
