About the position
The Business Development Manager at Volt 31 is responsible for expanding the brand's reach through licensing sales. This role focuses on engaging with chiropractors and investors to establish partnerships that enhance the company's mission of wellness through specialized services. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in healthcare or wellness to create tailored proposals and negotiate licensing agreements, ultimately driving growth for the Volt 31 brand.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored proposals for licensing opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and build relationships with prospective chiropractors and investors.
- Perform on-site visits and meet potential partners to understand and address their needs.
- Generate and maintain leads through direct outreach, industry events, and conferences.
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight Volt 31's value proposition.
- Participate actively in weekly sales reviews and pipeline meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally with experience in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
