The position involves creating and delivering compelling presentations to address core business issues and solutions for existing and potential clients. The Business Development Manager will serve as a key point of contact with customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships and infiltrating decision-making circles at the highest levels. They will also review the competitive environment and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profit generation. Daily management of sales activities through a CRM system is required, along with reporting on market, competitor, and customer activities. The role includes travel to meet with prospects and customers, participate in product demonstrations, and attend trade shows, all aimed at fostering relationships and building trust.
