About the position

Integrity Workforce is actively hiring Outside Sales Representatives (Account Executives) in the Memphis, TN market, as well as in Nashville, TN, and Gurnee, IL. This role is designed for hard-working, self-motivated, and independent individuals who possess an energetic professional attitude. The primary responsibility of the outside sales representative is to generate new business opportunities, focusing on selling staffing services to mid-large warehouses, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics companies within their designated market. The representative will also be tasked with developing and implementing a marketing and sales strategy tailored to industry segmentation to effectively address the needs of prospects. In this position, the outside sales representative will identify leads, qualify future business prospects, and create service proposals. They will maintain a productive call-to-close ratio and promote service and business deliverables to key decision-makers. Following up on leads generated by marketing activities, sales calls, and visits is crucial. The representative will develop and implement sales presentations, actively drive negotiations, close deals, and onboard new accounts. Additionally, they will implement and monitor the Service Standards for all services offered, research prospective customers in the target market, and maintain relationships with current customers. Meeting weekly sales goals and monthly quota targets is essential, as is collaborating with internal staff to ensure clients' needs are met. Other duties may be assigned by management as necessary.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market/industry data and create clear strategies.
  • New business sales, account management, and business management experience.
  • Proven, successful experience in business development.
  • Ability to influence the decision-makers at client locations.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate prospects, leads, and sales calls to determine positive courses of action.
  • Ability to multi-task between competing priorities and initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and accurately apply negotiations.
  • Proficient in communication and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Salesforce is a PLUS!
  • Must be able to maintain data integrity within our ATS.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance are a must!
