About the position

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence by driving new customer acquisition and fostering growth within existing accounts. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in relationship-building and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute sales strategies, while actively engaging with the community to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition and customer growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales goals and strategies.
  • Define branch sales objectives and create a plan with the Director/VP.
  • Map activities on target accounts and set strategies for business growth.
  • Expand client base through cold calls and networking.
  • Provide solution-based options to clients using the Counselor Sales Process (CSP).
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations and sales activities.
  • Negotiate pricing while maintaining gross profit expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of verifiable sales experience.
  • Experience in B2B selling.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls.
  • Desire to increase business opportunities in the market.
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve client problems or complaints.
  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
