As a Business Development Manager at Car Keys Express, you will play a pivotal role in our national expansion efforts. With a remarkable growth trajectory, having increased our workforce from 60 to over 400 employees and achieving an average revenue growth of 50% annually over the past eight years, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to help us continue this momentum. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by expanding our customer base among car dealerships, rental facilities, fleets, and other high-volume accounts requiring key replacements. In this role, you will leverage your business acumen and sales expertise to increase Car Keys Express's market share. You will be responsible for developing new accounts within your designated territory, utilizing both the sales tools provided and your own best practices to identify and pursue areas of sales growth. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Account Managers, and the Inside Sales team to identify leads and potential business opportunities. Your daily activities will include presenting Car Keys Express to potential clients, logging sales entries in our internal CRM system, and planning travel to maximize in-person presentations. You will also participate in bi-weekly sales meetings via Zoom and complete all onboarding and ongoing training to ensure you are well-versed in our selling points and can deliver a consistent message across all regions. This position requires a confident, self-motivated sales professional who can effectively navigate the sales funnel and close deals efficiently. With the expectation of traveling 50% of the time, you will need to prioritize and organize your schedule effectively to meet the demands of the role. Your deliverables will include making 50 in-person sales stops per week, securing a minimum of five new accounts weekly, and maintaining regular communication with your assigned Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers.
