Responsibilities
- Identify Potential Business Opportunities
- Update and Maintain Marketing Database
- Coordinate Weekly Marketing Meetings
- Review Request for Proposals (RFP's)
- Prepare Bid/No Bid RFP Evaluation Report
- Prepare Proposal Outline
- Formulate a Proposal Team
- Prepare/Coordinate Various Proposal Sections
- Prepare Draft and Final Proposals
- Compile/Print/Ship Final Proposals
- Follow up and Respond to Client Questions/Clarifications
- Negotiate and Finalize Contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Masters Degree is preferred
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Similar (BD/Marketing) Position is required
- Related Experience in Electric/Water Utilities and Rail/Transit Industry is desirable
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Must be a Team Player
