About the position

The AccessKC Business Development Manager is a key leadership role within AcruxKC, focused on fostering partnerships with health service providers and community organizations to enhance the reach and impact of the AccessKC program. This position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in business development, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement, aimed at promoting health equity and improving community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new collaborations with health service providers and community organizations.
• Optimize internal and relationship management processes to improve program delivery efficiency.
• Implement strategies to boost partner satisfaction, retention, and active participation.
• Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve program effectiveness and community impact.
• Leverage data insights to inform strategy, track performance, and refine approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or human services.
• 3-4 years of experience in business development, campaigns, fundraising, or account management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management abilities and experience in navigating ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF software, and SharePoint.
• Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
