The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in leading the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams to achieve sales and margin growth goals. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the sales channel, developing and executing sales programs, and implementing market growth strategies that drive results. The manager will utilize technology and analyze metrics and data to meet objectives, including tracking sales percentages, gross margin growth, online sales, account activity, and overall account management. Regular reporting to management on results and actions taken will be essential to ensure transparency and accountability in achieving sales targets. In addition to managing the BDR teams, the Business Development Manager will participate in the recruiting process, hiring and training new BDRs. The manager will be responsible for developing, coaching, and motivating the team to maintain high professional standards and meet monthly sales and growth targets. This role requires a strong customer-oriented approach, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs, ensuring that the team is equipped to provide effective solutions.
