This includes marketing St. Thomas students and CDC services to targeted companies, consulting on employer-facing web content, and planning large-scale career events that connect students with employers. The BDM will work with the Associate Director to track and report on business development activities, analyze recruitment data, and maintain an annual Employer Engagement dashboard. The CDC is committed to providing equitable access to career education and employer connection opportunities for all students and alumni, and the BDM will play a crucial role in executing this mission.
