Responsibilities

  • Display expert customer service qualities
  • Work independently or as part of a team in territories that are showing increasingly higher demands for our elite level of security service offerings
  • Create lucrative business opportunities through lead development, marketing, and proactive selling
  • Utilize and/or manage our CRM program to monitor all sales activity to accomplish sales objectives and meet goals
  • Meet with our clients after closing to promote the customer relationship
  • Use various social media sources to identify and secure appointments with qualified users
  • Develop competitive and strategic pricing scenarios, create dynamic presentations, and participate in contract renewals and negotiations
  • Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFBs
  • Provide updates and sales progress to the executive team as scheduled and requested
  • Exercise and maintain strict confidentiality of company information, and exude professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four years of exceptional sales experience while performing in a B2B service-related industry
  • Ability to exercise and maintain strict confidentiality of company information
  • Desire to interact with people positively and in support of Motivated's core values
  • Knowledge of prospective client networks and contacts in certain NJ and NY territories
  • Knowledge of business development strategies needed in certain NJ and NY territories
  • Above average navigation in Word, Excel and PowerPoint software, and general computer skills to utilize innovative technology and database platforms
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills commensurate to giving public presentations
  • U.S. citizenship or a foreign citizenship that authorizes you to legally work in the United States
