About the position

The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is a temporary position focused on expanding the B2B LCD Monitor market share for a global leader in electronics and mobile devices. The BDM will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and executing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B landscape and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new business opportunities and customers for B2B LCD Monitor products.
  • Establish new business in green field accounts while ensuring excellent client experience.
  • Develop new business leveraging existing go-to-market strategies and marketing approaches.
  • Execute marketing strategies and collaborate on product and technical roadmaps.
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and help close opportunities within existing and new B2B accounts.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, Product, and Marketing to drive growth strategies.
  • Secure new revenue and grow market share within green field B2B accounts.
  • Research and provide insights on market trends and customer issues to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with end customers and reseller partners.
  • Lead development of win strategies and tailored customer value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of acquisition sales and/or business development experience
  • Knowledge and experience in selling to SMB, medium and large enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated expertise with B2B hardware solutions, ideally B2B LCD monitors
  • Ability to perform cold calling and email campaigns
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently.
