The Business Development Manager at BelFlex Staffing is responsible for driving business growth by identifying leads, qualifying prospective clients, and creating sustainable business partnerships. This role involves local travel, presenting customized solutions, and collaborating with service teams to ensure effective service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Identify leads and qualify prospective business opportunities.
  • Create proposals and present them to clients.
  • Establish new sustainable business partnerships.
  • Travel locally 60-70% throughout the week, with an auto allowance provided.
  • Present customized solutions that meet the prospective client's business needs.
  • Drive negotiations, close deals, and onboard new accounts.
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Sales or account development experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel between locations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outside sales or new account business development.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with urgency.
