Responsibilities

  • Network and generate qualified new business opportunities.
  • Drive increased gross profit and revenue.
  • Work with delivery teams to close opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer's projects and challenges.
  • Suggest appropriate staffing solutions to clients.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to deliver custom-recruited IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client hiring managers to maximize placements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of prior IT Professional Staffing experience preferred.
  • Proven success in an outside sales role.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to close during sales calls, overcome objections, and negotiate.
  • Strong persuasive abilities, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS Systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outside sales for 2 years preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS Systems for 2 years preferred.
