In this role, the BDM will be responsible for promoting the company's services and addressing or predicting client goals. Maintaining thorough records of sales, revenue, and invoices is essential, as is providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The BDM will also arrange meetings with prospective clients and develop a comprehensive business growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the BDM will play a key role in training and developing entry-level employees into proficient salespeople, thereby contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, along with the potential for uncapped weekly commissions, as well as allowances for gas and cell phone usage.
