This position is crucial for driving revenue growth by consistently generating new business for the company. The BDM will engage in prospecting and closing new client opportunities while also leveraging existing relationships to maximize revenue potential. In this role, the BDM will be responsible for promoting the company's services and addressing or predicting client goals. Maintaining thorough records of sales, revenue, and invoices is essential, as is providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The BDM will also arrange meetings with prospective clients and develop a comprehensive business growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the BDM will play a key role in training and developing entry-level employees into proficient salespeople, thereby contributing to the overall success of the sales team. The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, depending on experience, along with the potential for uncapped weekly commissions, as well as allowances for gas and cell phone usage. This role is full-time and requires a commitment to achieving sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and closing new client deals.
  • Promote the company's services and address client goals effectively.
  • Maintain thorough records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated B2B sales track record.
  • Previous industry experience in staffing and recruiting is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HCM systems.
  • Local market knowledge is essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the staffing industry for at least 1 year is preferred.
