About the position

The Business Development Manager at Exact Staff is responsible for identifying sales leads, introducing staffing and workforce solutions to new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to achieving success through relationship building and effective communication. The position offers a competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure, allowing for financial growth based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop and maintain client accounts in your designated territory
  • Personally meet with clients and potential clients on a daily and repeated basis
  • Determine prospect credit-worthiness and target those accounts
  • Handle customer challenges in a timely and effective manner
  • Plan and prepare presentations
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales within the Staffing Industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Staffing/recruiting is a must!
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experienced with generating a book of business
