The Business Development Manager will utilize appropriate marketing and sales methodologies to develop profitable business in security services within an assigned geographical area or business segment. You will follow up with clients and prospects to assess their satisfaction with our services and identify additional business opportunities to achieve your sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, thriving in the field as you uncover new opportunities to sell GardaWorld's services. In this role, you will cultivate new sales leads, foster prospective customer relationships, and engage in consultative selling strategies. Establishing personal credibility with both internal and external clients is essential, and you will do this by being honest, forthright, consistent, and dependable. Your responsibilities will include preparing customized proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations, as well as collaborating with local management and Regional Vice Presidents to plan and conduct sales opportunities effectively.
