The Business Development Manager at Diamond Parking is a key role focused on driving sales and expanding the company's client base within the commercial real estate sector. The role emphasizes prospecting, cold calling, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, with performance metrics based on securing new business and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to effectively introduce our company and services to key decision-makers.
  • Systematically qualify and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels through cold calls, warm outreach, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to create and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Regularly meet with customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities to build a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline.
  • Provide weekly sales activity reports.
  • Adapt to a continuously changing environment while remaining organized, optimistic, and receptive to feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven success in prospecting for new business.
  • Strong ability to identify and understand customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at connecting with and winning over potential clients.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Motivated, driven, and self-starting attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking, taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
  • A minimum of 5 years of success in a similar role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using CRM systems to track sales leads and pipeline.
  • Background in the real estate industry or property management is a plus.
