Located remotely, Gates is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive new business growth in our Power Transmission and Fluid Power Product lines. You will report to the Sales Director, Strategic Accounts and collaborate with both internal departments and external contacts at end customers, OEMs, and distribution. This position will be responsible for business growth in the Western half of the US through a top strategic distribution partner. The main focus of the role will be on the development, penetration, and conversion of targeted major industrial consumers and OEMs. You will be responsible for establishing a sales pipeline of major incremental business opportunities, both near and medium term, that result in significant sales and profit growth.
