Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants to boost order volume and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits to merchants to provide support and update promotional materials.
• Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
• Manage and update backend settings for each merchant in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery Operations teams to align strategies for maximizing GMV.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• Prior experience in business negotiation, sales, and marketing management is preferred.
• Experience working in Internet companies is a plus.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Highly sensitive to market trends and data analytics.
• Strong commercial acumen and enthusiasm for working with restaurants.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Strong teamwork ability and capability to manage business negotiations independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in B2B sales for at least 1 year.
• Background in Internet companies.
