Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive revenue growth.

- Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers in the CRM.
- Develop and manage the CRM process to ensure effective client communication.
- Develop strategic plans to approach and engage new clients.

- Prepare detailed reports by collecting and analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements
- Bi-lingual, Spanish
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
