About the position

The Business Development & Marketing Manager is responsible for seeking out and winning orders while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. This role involves maintaining work interfaces with Hutchinson ADI's divisions in Europe and the US, facilitating communication between customers and business units, and developing professional relationships with potential customers in the Aerospace and Aero-Defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Seek out and win orders to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain work interfaces with Hutchinson ADI's divisions in Europe and the US.
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, work plans, budgets, and proposals.
• Facilitate communications and business issues between customers and Hutchinson ADI business units.
• Support new program kickoff activities and liaise with program managers.
• Develop and mature professional relationships with potential customers in Aerospace and Aero-Defense industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is an advantage.
• 5-10 years of experience in capturing new business in Aerospace & Aero-Defense products.
• Working technical knowledge in Aerospace & Aero-Defense products, particularly aerostructures and aircraft interior components.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• US citizenship or Green Card preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
