As a Business Development Manager for Supply Solutions, you will be a key driver of growth and innovation within our organization. This role focuses on expanding our Eprocurement and Inventory Management Solutions, enhancing brand recognition, and driving revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients, build strong relationships, and deliver value through our Supply Solutions offerings. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of our Supply Solutions by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with our solutions business strategy, proactively owning and driving the pipeline, and ensuring that the biggest and best opportunities are landed through joint planning with Sales Teams. You will also support sales capability by mentoring and coaching teams, ensuring that sales activities are aligned with our services offer. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring accountability for customer data integrity and protecting data confidentiality. You will identify and drive sales by aligning activities behind sales strategies and objectives through joint account planning activities. Additionally, you will provide Supply Solutions insight to our sales teams to drive channel compliance, sales, and services growth, and coach field sales teams to help them provide high-quality pre-qualified leads. Your ability to evaluate a customer's suitability and readiness to implement Supply Solutions will be crucial, as will your consultative approach when positioning RS Supply Solutions to influence the customer's perspective and build value in their minds.
