The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and profits for the company by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with current and potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and profits using professional selling skills.
  • Maintain current lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to solicit business and make sales presentations.
  • Assess customer needs for staffing options and finalize proposal details with other departments.
  • Negotiate fees, close sales orders, and obtain signed contracts.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
