About the position

Momentum Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development. This role involves utilizing various sales techniques to meet company quotas, including cold calling, emailing, and conducting meetings with potential clients. The position is full-time and offers training for candidates with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to leads and turn those leads into business partners.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence within the territory.
  • Give in-person sales presentations to potential accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations via phone and virtual platforms.
  • Identify and address sales opportunities.
  • Consistently update lead/account information to management.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.

Requirements

  • Outside/Inside Sales Experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience in the staffing industry
