Dynamic and growing retail company is seeking a Business Development Project Manager! The Business Development PM will provide support and manage projects related to the Business Development team in the pursuit of new opportunities within WHSmith North America's portfolio of existing and potential retail locations in a variety of markets; airports, casinos/resorts, high traffic tourist destinations and travel retail venues. This role is crucial in ensuring that all Business Development outputs meet MRG and IMEG brand standards, incorporating WHSmith where appropriate. The PM will assist and support the Divisional Director for Business Development on presentations for direct negotiations and client presentations supporting Resorts/Casinos, Rail, and Airport RFP's, direct negotiations, and interviews. The PM will lead presentations for direct negotiations and client presentations, maintain the proof-reading process with third parties to ensure RFP compliance and accuracy, and manage the coordination of various elements of RFP responses with other departments. Additionally, the PM will maintain Business Development projects from an administrative perspective, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, and professionally communicate with clients, landlords, minority business partners, industry consultants, and third-party brand partners. The role may also involve attending a variety of inter-department meetings and ensuring that all aspects of the Development Process are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements. The PM will lead tasks pertaining to Projects and the RFP process and development, manage, source, and organize the assembly and packaging of the final RFP proposals, and ensure timely delivery. The ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain reports to prevent delays is essential. The PM is expected to conduct themselves in the spirit of the WHSNA mission, vision, core values, and organizational health, with other duties assigned as necessary.
