About the position

The Business Development Manager at iKrusher is a full-time, onsite role focused on driving sales and building customer relationships within the vape technology industry. This position requires a proactive approach to prospecting and engaging with potential clients, particularly in the cannabis manufacturing sector, while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers using persuasive, data-driven arguments.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to identify optimal solutions.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Prospect customer leads through cold calling, social media engagement, and in-person meetings with cannabis manufacturers.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within established timeframes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Analyze market potential, monitor sales trends, and report on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Deliver tailored presentations to meet audience-specific needs.
  • Attend trade shows and engage in promotional activities outside the office to develop business opportunities.
  • Clock in and out daily to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years as an account manager or sales representative in an inside sales role.
  • 2+ years of outbound calling, social media engagement, and prospecting.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative (preferred).
  • Account management and relationship-building experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry (a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BRM and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strategic and creative in developing business plans and presentations.
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent education/experience.
