We are currently expanding our sales team for C3 Generative AI and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales force. As a Business Development Representative at C3 AI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our products/services in a compelling manner.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Strategic Solutions Directors to onboard the best potential partners and support the top of the sales funnel.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
