About the position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Armis plays a crucial role in generating qualified leads for the sales team, contributing to the company's revenue growth. This position involves strategic outreach to potential customers, utilizing various marketing and sales tools to foster relationships and initiate product value discussions. The BDR will collaborate closely with Account Executives and engage in outbound engagement efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize closely with Account Executives to engage key personas within targeted accounts and set qualified prospect meetings.
  • Foster relationships through outbound engagement (emails, calls, social media, in-person events) with prospective customers.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing and sales tools (SFDC, Outreach) to support outreach efforts, making 50-100 calls per day.
  • Collaborate with peers within the BDR organization to share best practices and success stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years professional experience in sales/business development or full cycle sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Cold calling experience.
  • Strong customer skills including communication, empathy, and integrity.
  • Ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Prior knowledge of the SaaS business landscape.
  • A bachelor's degree is ideal.
