Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.

  • Create and drive strategic content creation to match sales expansion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales - in the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with engineering services and technical project requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant software sales experience.
  • Understanding of the business sales process and industry-specific certifications.
  • Availability for occasional travel as needed.
