Big Ass Fans is searching for a Business Development Representative to help make the world safer, healthier, and more productive! As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with new customers and untapped markets, and will also learn about our products inside and out! In this role, you will be responsible for proactively calling on new and existing customer leads in assigned territories to introduce Big Ass Fans products and generate new business. You will demonstrate and explain products, services, and prices of Big Ass Fans, while achieving or exceeding daily metrics in place for the specified role. Additionally, you will curate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and contacts while working with BAF Inside Sales Representatives. Documenting and maintaining all sales activities within the company CRM is also a key part of your responsibilities. This position requires travel (25%), focusing on generating leads and selling directly to customers. You will need to process multitudes of information, including key contact information, customer feedback, organizational hierarchies, and key decision makers in order to increase lead conversion.
