Responsibilities

  • Travel (25%), focusing on generating leads and selling directly to customers.
  • Proactively call on new and existing customer leads in assigned territories to introduce Big Ass Fans products and generate new business & substantiate the value proposition of the organization.
  • Demonstrate and explain products, services, and prices of Big Ass fans.
  • Achieve or exceed daily metrics in place for the specified role.
  • Curate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and contacts while working with BAF Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Document and maintain all sales activities within the company CRM.
  • Process multitudes of information, including key contact information, customer feedback, organizational hierarchies and key decision makers in order to increase lead conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related major, or equivalent experience in proactive sales or call center environments.
  • This position is located in Dallas Fort Worth - must reside in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area.
  • Able to travel for extended periods, beginning immediately.
  • Able to travel to Lexington, KY for 2 weeks duration at the beginning of employment tenure.
  • Able to achieve and exceed monthly, weekly, and daily quotas set forth by company leadership.
  • Cold-call and outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills and sales closing skills is required.
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb communication skills are a must.
  • Self-motivated, driven, success-oriented individual.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
