About the position

As a Business Development Representative at Aircall, you will play a crucial role in our North America Sales team, working closely with Account Executives to drive growth and expand our customer base. Responsibilities

  • Uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns to book demos and meetings with relevant leads.
  • Research and prospect ideal customers, gathering key lead information through open-ended questions and thoughtful conversations.
  • Understand the business needs and buying cycle of leads, building and nurturing preliminary relationships.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism in all communications, highlighting our value proposition.

Requirements

  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
