About the position

PURE Property Management is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment and a competitive salary of $68,000 per year, along with on-target commission and equity compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in real estate, and will be responsible for engaging with owners of rental properties to demonstrate the value of professional property management services. The BDR will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, ensuring they understand the unique capabilities and outcomes that PURE Property Management delivers. In this role, the BDR will respond promptly to inbound leads and execute an outbound strategy to develop new relationships with key partners. They will meet with qualified prospects to educate them on our residential management services, qualify leads, and convert them into clients. The BDR will also manage a dynamic pipeline within our CRM, ensuring all interactions are documented and current. As they learn our policies, procedures, and relevant real estate laws, they will become a vital part of our customer success stories, filtering out misfit clients while attracting ideal ones. The right candidate will be responsive, a great listener, and a clear communicator, whether on the phone, via email, or in person. They will demonstrate consistent performance and a fast learning ability, with proficiency in sales CRM tools such as LeadSimple or HubSpot. A real estate sales license is preferred, and candidates should possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for attending meetings and events. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and is results-driven, requiring a self-directed and committed professional. Training, coaching, and mentorship will be provided to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively
  • Execute outbound strategy and continuously develop new relationships with key partners
  • Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our residential management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
  • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
  • Build relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience
  • Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Real Estate or investment experience is preferred
  • Real Estate sales license is preferred
  • Great listening skills
  • Clear communication skills (on the phone, over email, and in person)
  • Ability to perform consistently and learn quickly
