About the position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at PURE Property Management is responsible for engaging with potential clients, particularly owners of rental properties, to promote the company's property management services. This role focuses on building relationships, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into clients, while ensuring a good fit for the company. The BDR plays a crucial role in the company's customer success stories and is expected to manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively
  • Execute outbound strategy and continuously develop new relationships with key partners
  • Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our residential management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
  • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
  • Build relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities

Requirements

  • Sales experience
  • Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Real Estate or investment experience is preferred
  • Real Estate sales license is preferred
