As a Business Development Representative at Businessolver, you will play a crucial role in driving sales lead generation efforts. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. Businessolver has been a leader in delivering innovative benefits technology and services since 1998, focusing on maximizing client investment in benefits programs while minimizing risk exposure. The company prides itself on its service-oriented culture and a secure SaaS platform that ensures client satisfaction and measurable success. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. You will utilize various tools for discovery, research, and the initiation of outbound calling and email campaigns directed at Target Accounts. Your ability to research executive contact information for target prospects using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and Salesforce will be essential. You will be expected to generate a high volume of prospect engagement activity consistently, following a defined research, profiling, and prospecting strategy. Clear and concise communication of product value and marketplace differentiation to various buyer personas will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will nurture prospects along their buyer's journey and achieve front-end sales KPI quotas to progress prospects from identification to qualification. Countering objections effectively, engaging in cold calling, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills will be vital for success in this position. You will also schedule business appointments for sales consultants after qualifying prospects and logging activities in Salesforce, while proactively establishing relationships with internal sales teams.
