Laird Noller Dealerships is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Lawrence, KS. As a Sales BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective customers through outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries via texts and chats from various lead sources. Your primary goal will be to generate appointments and connect new customers with the appropriate sales team members, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to sales. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, and managing lead activity to qualify prospects effectively. You will need to communicate professionally and clearly, directing customers to product information resources, including online materials. Building a robust prospecting network will be essential, and you will be expected to log all activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly goals will be a key performance indicator for success in this position. We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities are critical for managing the demands of this role. A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are also required to facilitate customer interactions and appointments.
