The Business Development Representative will be responsible for tracking leads, appointments, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Answer all internet leads and set appointments.
  • Keep track of all new leads, appointments set, appointments shown, and lost leads on the customer tracking form.
  • Maintain a record of customers who have shown interest and those who have purchased, including their location and the vehicle they inquired about.
  • Schedule appointments in the ADP system and inform the sales manager of the appointment details via email or phone call.
  • Monitor lead activity and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize appointment setting.

Requirements

  • Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to learn the parts department computer system.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive BOC department.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with the company insurance carrier.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
