Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new customer segments and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Establish and manage relationships with potential resellers and distributors, negotiating contracts and terms.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends and customer needs, providing insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of AEI's battery storage systems and energy solutions to effectively engage clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain detailed records and track key metrics related to sales goals and partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development or B2B sales, ideally within the energy or sustainable solutions industry.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with business clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical products.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey technical information about AEI's products.
  • Adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
